Junior Sales Representative – B2B Technology

About the role

The Junior Sales Representative will support LASEA’s business development across strategic markets such as Luxury, Micromechanics, MedTech, Electronics, and Aerospace & Defense. Working closely with sales, technical and marketing teams, you will identify prospects, qualify opportunities and help build a strong client portfolio for our laser micro‑machining solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through email outreach, video calls, client visits and trade‑show participation.
• Listen to customer needs, translate them into technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms and drive deals to closure.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and team coordination.
• Contribute to expanding LASEA’s presence with existing customers and new market segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales engineering or a technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, technology or high‑precision environments.
• Customer‑focused and results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business proposals.
