Junior Project Manager – Clinical IT Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the implementation of clinical digital systems for a global pharmaceutical organization. Working in a hybrid model from Anderlecht, you will help keep projects on track, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure smooth go‑live activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, milestone trackers and delivery calendars.
• Coordinate testing, training, cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Maintain RAID logs and flag risks, issues and changes early.
• Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, decision logs and governance materials.
• Keep project documentation complete and audit‑ready.
• Communicate clearly across functions, regions and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, IT, engineering, business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of project‑management experience; PM certification (CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
• Advanced English required; French and/or Dutch a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a global matrixed environment.
