Junior Product Marketer

About the role

Enersee is looking for a Junior Product Marketer to bridge the gap between the product team and the market. You will translate technical releases into clear, customer‑focused language and ensure that partners, prospects, and the sales team are always up‑to‑date with the latest product developments.

Key responsibilities

• Attend every product release session, understand new features and their customer impact.
• Convert technical release notes into commercial messaging (e.g., “customers can now connect their meters in a day”).
• Own the product newsletter and all product‑related communications to customers.
• Keep partners informed to prevent outdated presentations of Enersee’s solutions.
• Create feature one‑pagers, slide decks, release notes, and sales enablement assets.
• Maintain the Help Center so customers can self‑serve answers.
• Monitor competitor launches and feed insights back to product and marketing.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately one year of experience in marketing, communications, product, or content creation (internship experience counts).
• Availability of at least three days per week, with the possibility of moving to full‑time in July 2027 or converting an internship into a permanent role.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and a genuine interest in energy, sustainability, and technology.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with Webflow.
• Experience using Notion.

What we offer

• Part‑time fixed‑term contract with the potential to become full‑time.
• Opportunity to work in a fast‑growing AI‑driven cleantech startup.
• Exposure to cutting‑edge energy‑efficiency solutions and a collaborative international team.
