Junior Product Manager – Travel Luggage

Key responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager throughout the full product lifecycle – from brief creation to market launch across Europe.
• Develop and implement category strategies aimed at sales growth and profitability, manage SKU assortment and performance.
• Analyse market trends and consumer preferences, research fashion, lifestyle and travel trends, and share insights via monthly updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely product development, coding, pricing and administrative tasks.
• Prepare presentations, sales sheets and promotional materials, and act as a brand ambassador for the category.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Product Development.
• At least 2 years of experience in product development or category management within a consumer‑goods environment (ideally bags, backpacks, luggage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
