Junior Private Banker

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Junior Private Banker to join our growing team in Brussels. You will manage and develop relationships with affluent and high‑net‑worth clients while actively expanding your own portfolio through networking and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, advise, and grow a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proactively acquire new clients via networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Provide tailored investment and wealth‑management solutions aligned with clients' financial goals.
• Build long‑term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to regional growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets and investment trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, or Investment Advisory.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven client retention and acquisition abilities.
• Passion for investments, financial markets, and wealth planning.
• Natural networker and entrepreneur who proactively pursues opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and driven to make an impact.
• Fluent Dutch; French and/or English are strong assets.
