Junior Office & Finance Assistant

About the role

We are a premium interior design studio seeking a proactive Junior Office & Finance Assistant to become the operational heartbeat of our Antwerp showroom and office. Working under the mentorship of our Operations Director, you will gain hands‑on experience in business, logistical, and financial processes within a luxury design environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating quotes, processing orders, and tracking international supplier deliveries.
• Handle daily invoicing, process weekly supplier payments, and coordinate with our external accounting firm for both local and Dubai branches.
• Welcome clients in the showroom, manage office supplies, and ensure the workspace runs smoothly day‑to‑day.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and comfort working with numbers.
• Basic foundation in finance, business support, or office administration through studies or prior internship/experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Passion for interior design, architecture, or the luxury lifestyle sector.
