Junior Odoo Consultant

About the role

Squareflow is looking for a Junior Odoo Consultant to join its Brussels office. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Odoo solutions, while gaining hands‑on experience in ERP implementation and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and gather detailed business requirements.
• Act as the bridge between the client and the development team, turning requirements into Odoo features.
• Configure and customise Odoo to meet client specifications.
• Design and document testing strategies, coordinate test execution and ensure quality.
• Create training materials and deliver end‑user training using a train‑the‑trainer approach.
• Support users during rollout and monitor data quality continuously.
• Prepare and deliver demos for business stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal projects and knowledge sharing within Squareflow.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structural thinking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
