Junior KYC Analyst

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking motivated Junior KYC Analysts to join its fast‑growing financial services team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop expertise in Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC), Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client KYC reviews and maintain up‑to‑date Customer Due Diligence (CDD) files.
• Collect, verify and analyse identification and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) documentation.
• Perform client risk assessments, classification and support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high‑risk profiles.
• Execute sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP) and adverse media screenings.
• Manage alerts, escalate issues when required and ensure clear, well‑structured documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, Compliance or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience (internship or first job acceptable).
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and structured approach.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with good English proficiency.
• Available to start quickly.
