Junior IT Analyst / IT Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Analyst to support IT initiatives end‑to‑end within an Agile/DevOps environment. You will work in a multidisciplinary feature team, bridging business needs and technical delivery while ensuring compliance and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support IT initiatives from analysis to delivery, gathering and structuring functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and detailed documentation.
• Analyze current and target processes, system interactions, interfaces, and data flows.
• Coordinate governance activities, including legal, compliance, and architecture reviews.
• Provide second‑line incident support, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist workflow automation and AI‑driven process projects, assessing feasibility, dependencies, risks, and integration patterns.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capabilities and maturity in stakeholder management.
• Solid affinity with IT operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to document functional requirements and maintain project artefacts.

Required skills

• Functional and technical analysis of applications, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Process modelling (BPMN‑oriented approaches).
• Documentation tools: Jira and Confluence.
• Automation platforms: N8N and AI‑driven workflow tools.
• Incident management and root‑cause analysis techniques.
