Junior Group Charter Sales Consultant – 10% Uncapped Commission

About the role

Join Air Charter Service as a Junior Group Charter Sales Consultant and help organise private aircraft for groups of 19 passengers and above. You will work with sports teams, music tours, corporate groups and other clients to create bespoke flight solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build a pipeline of potential group charter clients.
• Contact prospects via calls, emails and meetings to generate new business.
• Convert leads into repeat customers and manage bookings from enquiry to post‑flight care.
• Collaborate with airlines to select the optimal aircraft for each charter.
• Achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships by delivering outstanding service.
• Attend key client departures when required and provide on‑site support.
• Work with internal and external partners globally to resolve challenges quickly.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role with luxury products or services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• Track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs (desired).
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice and a valid driver’s licence.

• Starting salary of €52,000 plus a commission guarantee bonus for the first 6 months (up to £500).
