Junior Graphic Designer – Asset Production & Delivery (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Graphic Designer to support our in‑house creative studio during a busy period. The role is a 6‑month fixed‑term assignment (or freelance mission) based at our Brussels headquarters, covering maternity leave and helping the design team deliver daily visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt print and digital assets for marketing, social media, e‑commerce, retail and internal communication.
• Resize and reformat existing visuals across multiple channels and formats.
• Produce social‑media graphics, marketing visuals and short‑form video clips using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Perform colour retouching and image editing with Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Design mock‑ups for store displays, facades, stickers and POS materials.
• Update internal presentations in Google Slides and generate HR communication visuals using Photoshop or Canva templates.

Required profile

• Rigorous and detail‑oriented, able to deliver flawless work under tight deadlines.
• Reliable team player, organized and comfortable following a strict graphic charter.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus).
• Comfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive) and basic Canva.
• Ability to prepare final files according to technical specifications and print guidelines.
