Junior FullStack Analyst-Developer (100‑day contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior FullStack Analyst‑Developer to join a Scrum development team of five members for a 100‑day mission. The role focuses on building and integrating new modules within our Social software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an automatic allocation module that assigns cases to social workers based on availability, location, workload and FTE.
• Develop a debt‑collection tool covering receivable monitoring, reminder management, payment plans, and integration with external partner platforms.
• Create a request register that encodes, manages, prints and electronically stores documents, with automatic synchronization to the Social software.
• Build an absenteeism monitoring solution that uses performance‑tracking data to generate HR‑approved reports.
• Collaborate within the Scrum framework, participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Junior‑level FullStack developer with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a Scrum team of five.
• Willingness to deliver functional modules within a 100‑day timeframe.
