Junior Event Producer

About the role

Fever is looking for a Junior Event Producer to join its Fever Originals team. You will work closely with the Executive Producer and Project Manager to deliver high‑quality live experiences across multiple markets, using data‑driven insights to shape unforgettable events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with production agencies across several markets, acting as the primary point of contact for all production‑related matters.
• Review, negotiate, and approve production budgets, contracts, and operational proposals.
• Monitor event performance and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement and enforce Candlelight’s global production standards, processes, and best practices.
• Coordinate production‑related purchases, operational upgrades, and implementation projects with external partners.
• Oversee onsite ancillary revenue initiatives and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in live event production, vendor management, and operational execution.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passionate about culture and live entertainment, eager to contribute to innovative event experiences.
