Junior Engineer – Consulting

About the role

Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic Junior Engineer to join our consulting team. You will work on transformation projects for clients, applying data‑driven approaches and supporting business change.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and produce functional specifications.
• Provide team support and collaborate across business units.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0‑3 years of consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Interest in Energy, data and AI topics, with ability to quickly build expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative team attitude.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad.
