Junior Controller

About the role

Bleckmann is looking for a motivated Junior Controller to join its Backstage Crew. You will support financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis for a leading supply‑chain company serving fashion and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting by collecting, validating and structuring financial data.
• Perform variance analysis, identify deviations and provide clear explanations.
• Analyse data for management reporting and financial performance evaluations.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports.
• Collaborate with senior controllers and accounting teams on analysis and reporting activities.
• Maintain financial datasets and reporting tools, guaranteeing data reliability.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Initial experience in finance, controlling or accounting is a plus; recent graduates with strong analytical interest are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and controlling principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and accurate.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
