Junior Commercial Representative Benelux

About the role

This is an entry‑level sales position focused on building a new commercial pipeline for the Benelux region. You will work with both Commugen’s no‑code cyber GRC platform and DigiSôter’s consulting services, helping organisations achieve NIS2 and CyFun® compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach) targeting CISOs, IT managers and compliance officers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior colleagues.
• Manage early‑stage opportunities, driving them through the sales cycle and handing them over to senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly pipeline and KPI reports.
• Represent both brands at security events, webinars and industry gatherings in the Benelux.
• Collect and share market intelligence on NIS2, CyFun® and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Hunter mindset with resilience and comfort in cold outreach.
• Strong written communication, organization and ability to work autonomously.
• Based in Belgium with flexibility for hybrid work in Brussels and occasional travel within the Benelux.
• 1‑2 years of sales, business development or customer‑facing experience (graduates welcome).
