Junior Client Account Analyst – Marketing (Graduate)

About the role

Accenture Song is looking for a Young Graduate to join its Marketing team in Brussels as a Junior Client Account Analyst. You will support the delivery of innovative campaigns for local and international brands, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Support management of project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and follow up to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate client feedback to creative and strategy teams.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, status reports, and key documentation.
• Monitor project scope, budgets, and invoicing in collaboration with senior account leads.
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are applied to all deliverables.
• Provide logistical support for shoots, events, and launches.
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues with solution‑oriented recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
