About the role

agap2, a European engineering consultancy active in infrastructure, process industries, energy and transport, is seeking a proactive Junior Business Manager to join its Brussels/Wallonia team. You will drive business growth, build a team of consultants and support their professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Prospect, open new accounts and negotiate contracts.
• Build lasting partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Recruit engineering consultants, conduct interviews and assess technical fit.
• Provide ongoing support to consultants, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy, entrepreneurial mindset and results‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
