Junior Business Manager (m/f/x)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Manager to join our engineering consultancy in Brussels. You will drive growth, build a team of consultants and support their success across industrial sectors such as infrastructure, life‑science, energy and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, prospect new accounts and negotiate contracts.
• Meet industry stakeholders to understand technical challenges and propose tailored service offerings.
• Recruit engineering consultants: source candidates, conduct interviews and select the best fit for client projects.
• Provide ongoing support to consultants, manage their assignments, ensure client satisfaction and maintain profitability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and results‑oriented attitude.
• Passion for business development and team building.
