Junior Business Manager – Engineering Consultancy

About the role

Agap2, a European engineering consultancy, is seeking a proactive Junior Business Manager to drive growth and support its team of consultants in Belgium. You will be at the centre of business development, recruitment and consultant management, working on‑site to foster collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector, prospect for new accounts and negotiate contracts.
• Build and lead a team of engineering consultants by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and matching skills to client needs.
• Provide ongoing support to consultants, ensuring their professional development, client satisfaction and the profitability of assignments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and strong sense of responsibility.
• Passion for business development, persuasive communication and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Resilient, results‑oriented and eager to contribute to a growing organisation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
