About the role

Join PwC as a Junior Business Consultant and help organisations tackle strategic, operational and risk challenges. You will work on transformation projects, support decision‑making and use technology‑enabled tools to create value. The role starts in September 2027 and offers a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in solving strategic, operational and organisational problems.
• Support businesses through transformation, growth and change initiatives.
• Analyse data and market insights to develop practical recommendations.
• Use AI‑enabled tools and technology to improve performance and create value.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or soon‑to‑be obtained) in a business‑related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a genuine interest in consulting.
• Curiosity, continuous learning mindset and confidence to ask constructive questions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch and/or French with good English.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented and collaborative attitude.
