Junior Business Analyst

About the role

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support public‑sector IT projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and analyse business requirements for complex IT solutions.
• Perform functional analysis, modelling and business‑process design.
• Develop functional requirements, business cases and use‑case documentation.
• Support quality assurance by drafting test plans and test scenarios linked to requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of information‑systems concepts and large‑organisation administrative processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to prepare high‑quality business analysis artefacts.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, able to present to both business and technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in multilingual, multicultural environments.
