Junior Business Analyst

About the role

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support complex public‑sector IT projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and help ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, analyse and document business requirements.
• Perform functional analysis and create models of business processes.
• Develop functional requirements, business cases and support solution design.
• Conduct quality‑assurance activities, including drafting test plans and test scenarios linked to requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to validate solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of information‑systems concepts and large‑organisation administrative processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, able to address technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment and participating in multilingual meetings.
