Junior Analyst Developer

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Junior Analyst Developer to join its Digital Foundations team on a consultancy mission at a client site. You will help design, implement and operate secure, scalable digital services that support city agents in processing citizen requests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the client’s solutions, starting with the Data Steward application linked to Authentic Sources.
• Ensure performance, reliability and security of the digital services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and Dutch (native or near‑native proficiency).
• Full‑stack developer mindset ready to work onsite.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and consulting practices.
