IT System & Network Administrator

About the role

Join a dynamic IT team that prioritises service quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the reliability, security and performance of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure while delivering high‑quality user support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support by managing incidents and problems, meeting internal SLA targets.
• Onboard new users and guide them on tools, processes and best practices.
• Support daily IT operations, including asset management and user account administration.
• Deploy, configure and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
• Manage and support network infrastructure (switching, configuration, connectivity).
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures.
• Contribute to a secure, stable and efficient IT environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system and network administration.
• Experience in high‑security, high‑reliability environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑driven and service‑focused.
• Fluent French and basic to intermediate English.

• Microsoft Intune (device management, patching, updates)
• SCCM
• Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
• Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Disk management (cloning, wiping, BitLocker)
• Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Ticketing tools and incident management (e.g., Jira)
• Network switching (Cisco, Huawei)
• SharePoint and OneDrive
• Microsoft Azure Entra ID (basic)
• WSUS or similar update tools (nice to have)
• VMware / VCloud Director (nice to have)
• IIS (nice to have)
• PowerShell scripting (nice to have)
• Monitoring tools such as Nagios, OP5 (nice to have)
• VPN solutions (Fortinet) (nice to have)
• Endpoint security tools (nice to have)
