About the role

Join Inditex’s IT team in Brussels as an IT Support professional, providing essential hardware and software assistance to stores and head‑office staff. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hardware and software support for PDAs, iPads, Android/iOS devices, and Windows 11 computers.
• Monitor, prioritize, and resolve IT tickets from stores and headquarters.
• Provide second‑line support to retail locations, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for IT requests from head‑office employees.
• Support IT implementation projects and follow up on technical initiatives.
• Coordinate with external engineers and service providers.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to maintain IT continuity across the organization.

Required profile

• Proactive, independent, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Brussels headquarters.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with iOS and Android operating systems.
• Hands‑on support for hardware such as computers, smartphones, tablets, and PDAs.
• Ticket management and second‑line support capabilities.
