IT Support & Infrastructure Officer

About the role

Join a small, hands‑on IT team at Yamabiko Europe in Wavre, Belgium. As the first point of contact for users, you will support day‑to‑day operations, strengthen security, and help modernise the company’s IT landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 end‑user support, manage tickets via Freshdesk, and handle device lifecycle using Intune/Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) and manage Windows servers, Hyper‑V virtualization, and RDS.
• Assist with network components (firewall, switches, Wi‑Fi, IPsec VPN) and monitor backups, recovery, and business continuity.
• Support ERP (Silicon Master) users, contribute to migration projects, and create reports with Power BI and Crystal Reports.
• Apply security policies (NIS2, CyberFundamentals), enforce MFA, conditional access, and anti‑spoofing measures, and participate in user‑awareness activities.

Required profile

• Degree in IT (Bachelor’s or professional Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in end‑user support, Microsoft 365 administration, and Windows server management.
• Familiarity with ERP environments and basic reporting tools.
