IT Security Lead – Enterprise Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The IT Security Lead will design, develop and implement Lutosa’s cybersecurity policy across two production sites, the central offices in Leuze and Waregem, and satellite offices worldwide. This position is responsible for managing security audits efficiently and establishing a comprehensive enterprise‑wide security program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise‑wide security strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Design, maintain and continuously improve security architectures and infrastructure to protect systems and networks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and create mitigation plans.
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and forensic analysis to detect and remediate breaches quickly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIST, and manage related certification processes.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees.
• Assess and manage security risks associated with external vendors and partners.
• Define security policies, procedures and guidelines, and provide regular reporting on security posture to management.
• Collaborate on workplace safety initiatives, including accident analysis and hazard reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading enterprise security initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience in security monitoring, incident response and forensic analysis.
• Capability to manage vendor and third‑party security risks.
