IT Recruiter – Sales Focus – Brussels

About the role

Oliver James is looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Brussels team. You will combine sales‑driven talent acquisition with market expansion, helping us build a strong presence in the Belgian IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (360° consulting) from sourcing to placement.
• Analyse the Belgian IT market, develop a prospecting strategy and build a pipeline of high‑potential candidates.
• Screen, interview and present candidates to clients, ensuring a perfect match with their technical and cultural requirements.
• Advise both clients and candidates on recruitment processes and market trends.
• Own a specific market segment and become the go‑to expert for that area.

Required profile

• Motivated by success and eager to learn continuously.
• Fluent in French or Dutch **and** English.
• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Sales mindset with strong teamwork orientation.
• Open to both experienced and entry‑level recruitment backgrounds.
