About the role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join Smals’ HR team in Brussels. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top IT talent for our ICT solutions that serve society.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse recruitment needs and create compelling job profiles.
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct phone screenings and in‑depth interviews.
- Present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and clients.
- Guide candidates through the selection process and support onboarding.
- Represent Smals at job fairs and networking events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with a strong affinity for IT.
- Relevant experience in IT recruitment.
- Fluent French and good Dutch language skills.
- Strong engagement, dynamism, proactivity and effective communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
