IT Project & Implementation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project & Implementation Manager to join our growing IT department at the Eynatten site. You will work closely with the Head of IT to ensure that projects are designed, evaluated, and executed in line with business needs and market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, evaluation, and execution of IT projects.
• Prepare structured technical options, including risk analyses and trade‑offs.
• Formulate pragmatic, fact‑based recommendations and assess vendor proposals.
• Participate in configurations, integrations, testing, documentation, and go‑live activities.
• Maintain a deep practical understanding of deployed solutions and identify operational impacts.
• Collaborate with the Head of IT, executive management, and external IT partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proven experience selecting, installing, and deploying enterprise applications.
• Strong background in project management within complex IT environments.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and challenge IT solutions constructively.
• Proficiency in French and/or German, with good command of English.
