IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer (Hybrid, Antwerp)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join a leading critical‑infrastructure organization in Antwerp. The position blends cloud management, systems administration, automation and IT operations, offering a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Cloud, SAP Cloud and virtualized platforms.
• Ensure availability, stability and performance of business‑critical systems.
• Monitor infrastructure and proactively resolve incidents.
• Automate operational tasks such as backups, updates and routine maintenance.
• Support infrastructure modernization, migrations, upgrades and cloud transformation projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and business teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Provide second‑line support and assist with user administration.
• Coordinate with external technology partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working with IT infrastructure and/or cloud environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Native‑level Dutch (spoken and written) and professional English.
• Legal right to work in Belgium; no relocation or visa sponsorship available.
