IT Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

KEYES is looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to design, implement, operate and continuously improve client IT environments across Belgium and Europe. The role combines technical leadership, end‑user support and project coordination while ensuring security, compliance and cost‑efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and evolve the local IT infrastructure architecture in line with business objectives and Group standards.
• Provide first‑line technical support to end‑users via phone, email, remote tools and on‑site visits, handling incidents and service requests.
• Manage servers, networks, endpoints, backup, recovery and monitoring solutions to guarantee availability and performance.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management and incident response procedures.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and Group IT teams for procurement, licensing, and project delivery.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and act as Deputy Security Officer when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or a comparable role.
• Professional fluency in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Willingness to join on‑call rota and provide support outside standard hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Networking, endpoint management, backup and recovery, virtualization and infrastructure monitoring.
• Cybersecurity controls, vulnerability and patch management, access control and endpoint protection.
• Incident response and secure infrastructure configuration.
• Experience with ISO 27001 implementation and ITIL processes (preferred).
