IT Engineer

About the role

Mobilexpense is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join its Office IT team in Brussels. You will help operate and continuously improve the internal technology environment used by employees across Europe, covering Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, enterprise applications, IT support and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and manage Windows endpoints via Microsoft Intune.
• Manage identity lifecycle in Microsoft Entra ID, including joiner/mover/leaver processes, group/role administration and SSO integrations.
• Configure and maintain Jira, Confluence and other SaaS platforms (HubSpot), handling projects, workflows, permissions and automation.
• Provide day‑to‑day IT support, troubleshoot endpoint, identity and application issues, and improve operational processes through automation.
• Participate in hardware/software procurement, asset lifecycle management and licensing renewals.
• Lead or contribute to internal IT projects, evaluate new technologies and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in IT engineering, digital workplace or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing Windows endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS administration and automation (PowerShell or Microsoft Graph).
• Organised, service‑oriented with good communication skills and fluency in English.
