IT Consultant (m/f/x) – Join Fast‑Growing Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Consultant to join ADIUTUM’s growing team across Belgium. The position is open to recent graduates as well as professionals with a background in IT, offering exposure to a variety of projects in infrastructure, development, data, quality assurance, business or management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client projects delivering tailored IT solutions.
• Analyse client requirements and propose appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support implementation, testing and documentation activities.
• Continuously learn new tools, methodologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Degree or proven experience in an IT discipline (infrastructure, development, data, QA, business or management).
• Versatile mindset with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to change and continuous improvement.
