IT Architect – Design Enterprise Solutions

About the role

As an IT Architect at Colruyt Group you will shape the design of the company’s IT infrastructure and application landscape. You will translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions that guide analysts and developers throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Design IT solutions that satisfy functional and non‑functional requirements while aligning with enterprise reference architecture.
• Contribute to the evolution of the application portfolio, covering on‑premise, cloud, packaged and in‑house solutions.
• Maintain and extend the reference architecture in line with client needs and overall IT trends.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure adherence to architectural decisions.
• Document architecture decisions and participate in governance boards and processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Architect.
• Client‑oriented mindset with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EA modelling languages and frameworks such as Archimate.
• Familiarity with TOGAF methodology.
