Internship – Service Team (eCommerce/CRM/Marketing Advisory)

About the role

Join Accenture Song’s Service Team as an intern and support multi‑disciplinary projects that help large Belgian clients transform their eCommerce, CRM and marketing operations. You will work alongside experienced consultants to deliver insights, design solutions and drive digital change.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing client customer journeys, behaviours and pain points.
• Support the design of functional solutions for CRM, eCommerce and customer analytics platforms.
• Contribute to project documentation, presentations and stakeholder workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to test and refine prototypes.
• Help identify new ideas and opportunities that add value for clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree student with a strong interest in digital transformation.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Motivated to work in a diverse, international environment.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months internship.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of eCommerce marketplaces.
• Knowledge of customer analytics solutions.
• Exposure to conversational AI and chat technologies.
• Experience with customer portals.
