Internship Sales, Commercial and Logistics Coordination Support

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports the Sales, Commercial and Logistics teams at Bosch Group in Brussels. You will gain hands‑on experience in reporting, order management and process improvement while working on real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Report logistic and financial KPIs.
• Manage SAP order processes and account receivables reporting.
• Distribute documents via the customer portal as part of change management.
• Register and follow up logistics claims.
• Support finance and accounting related tasks.
• Register and monitor customer‑specific requirements.
• Participate in project work and provide general assistance to sales, logistics and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Current business student, preferably specializing in Business Administration, Logistics or Finance.
• Fluent in English; German, Dutch or French a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Pro‑active attitude toward process improvements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
