Main Missions

• Support the international PX team across diverse HR functions including recruitment and talent management.
• Contribute to employee experience initiatives and employer branding projects to attract top talent.
• Assist in Learning & Development (L&D) projects and internal communication strategies.
• Help manage HR data, reporting, and create impactful presentations for stakeholders.
• Support various international PX projects to ensure a seamless employee journey across 8 countries.

Profile sought

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to propose new ideas and take real responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and a people-centric approach.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
