About the role

Eddy Dankers is seeking a visionary International Sales & Brand Strategist to lead the global expansion of its premium paint and finish products. The role bridges the brand’s artisanal heritage with commercial growth, shaping a scalable distribution network and positioning the brand as a coveted asset in the luxury design market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global distribution strategy, establishing selective networks worldwide.
• Formulate tailored go‑to‑market and brand positioning plans for diverse international regions.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic alliances with high‑end retail partners, hospitality groups, distributors, and licensing partners.
• Leverage and expand an existing high‑level network within luxury lifestyle and premium interior design sectors to generate commercial opportunities.
• Act as the strategic link between creative teams, production, and international commercial partners to ensure alignment with the brand’s core philosophy.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with premium or luxury brands in a sales or distribution capacity.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
• Demonstrated success in building high‑value partnerships and networks.
• Familiarity with the luxury interior design, hospitality, or high‑end retail sectors.
