About the role
ROBLAND is seeking an International Sales Account Manager to expand its global customer base and ensure high client satisfaction. Based in the Bruges Metropolitan Area, you will act as the primary liaison between international dealers, clients, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international dealers and end‑customers.
- Generate, qualify and follow up on sales leads across multiple markets.
- Deliver detailed product presentations and demonstrations of woodworking machinery.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies.
- Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and growth sectors.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and after‑sales teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows and dealer visits.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international sales or account management, preferably in machinery or manufacturing.
- Strong ability to build and sustain business relationships with distributors and clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse markets and spot growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with sales tracking software.
