International Marketing & Communications Manager (Nordics)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to build and execute the Nordics market strategy for two business units. You will shape the regional brand from the ground up, working closely with local teams and digital specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional sales and product priorities into a concrete marketing plan with budget ownership.
• Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns for the Nordics, from digital content to trade‑fair presence.
• Coach and guide local Nordic teams, strengthening collaboration with Sales.
• Manage repositioning, rebranding and market introductions.
• Contribute to copywriting, brief design teams, organise events and monitor performance via dashboards.
• Lead regional projects and support roll‑out of new features and services.
• Travel a few times a year to the Nordics for trade fairs and customer visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• Ability to turn strategic challenges into clear, actionable plans.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to influence cross‑functional KPIs.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Scandinavia several times per year.
• Residence within a 30‑minute drive from Waregem.
