International Key Account Manager – Construction & Project Market

About the role

We are seeking an International Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth across major European accounts in the construction and project market. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Customer Service team and multiple brands within a leading Belgian producer of cable support systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer and distributor base for key accounts throughout Europe.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with strategic clients and ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead complex, large‑scale projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits, organize meetings, and follow up on quotations.
• Prospect new opportunities, attend trade fairs with Marketing, and share market intelligence.
• Prepare sales budgets, manage net price lists, and approve project discounts within set limits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Based in Belgium with a stable career history.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % across Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).
• Proven track record in technical sales to large strategic accounts.
