Interior Architect

About the role

The Interior Architect will lead the development of architectural drawings for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring that all design documentation aligns with the conceptual vision, firm standards, timelines, and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory, tender and construction‑ready (GFC) drawings in compliance with local building regulations and VA standards.
• Develop schematic concepts and detailed design documentation under the direction of the Project Architect.
• Coordinate with the graphics team to create client presentations and collate supporting information.
• Integrate MEP and structural consultant inputs, review and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to RFIs, participate in site visits, and support construction administration.
• Assist in material specification, BOQ preparation, shop‑drawing review and budgeting inputs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit (preferred).
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Competence in MS Office.
