Interim Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations at our Ghent facility. The role will be pivotal in coordinating inbound and outbound flows, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with international trade requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including bulk transport and international shipments.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers and transport partners.
• Oversee transport planning, delivery performance and day‑to‑day logistics execution.
• Support customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions and supplier performance issues.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain or Logistics Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong background in inbound and outbound logistics and international transport flows.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
