Intelligence Systems Infrastructure Technician – NATO (Security Clearance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Intelligence Systems Infrastructure Technician to join a NATO‑aligned team at SHAPE in Mons, Belgium. The position is a B2B contract, working on‑site alongside NATO personnel to ensure the reliability of critical intelligence‑support services.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as a G14‑equivalent Chief Technician within an integrated NIC and contractor team.
• Provide Level‑2 and service‑management support for incidents, service requests, change requests and tasks using NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps.
• Respond to, document, categorise and resolve tickets in accordance with internal processes.
• Install, maintain, monitor and support a range of JSSC services (e.g., NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel‑FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI).
• Participate in daily reporting, planning meetings, workshops, events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.
• Provide on‑call support as required.

Required profile

• Proven Level‑2 technical support and IT service‑management experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing workflows such as NCIA ITSM or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work flexibly on‑site and handle on‑call duties.
• Active security clearance.
