Insurance Claims Advisor

About the role

Ayvens is looking for an Insurance Claims Operator (Claims Advisor) to join its Insurance department in Diegem. You will work closely with partners and clients, handling damage declarations and managing each file from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and handle damage declarations together with colleagues, averaging about 15 per day.
• Own every file from A to Z and ensure the necessary changes or adjustments are made to each case.
• Determine responsibility and transfer the case to the insurer in charge.
• Check that every administrative step is carried out accurately.
• Coordinate phone calls and emails with clients and keep them informed at every step.
• Work closely with internal and external experts, brokers, insurers, fleet managers and other suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Law or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the same function at a leasing company, insurer or broker (B2C or B2B).
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and proficient in English.
• Autonomous, able to work with strict deadlines and to set priorities.
