Insurance Business Analyst

About the role

As an Insurance Business Analyst at CREAM, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting life and non‑life insurance applications. You will help clients translate their needs into functional designs and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops with insurance clients.
• Produce Functional Design and Requirements Specification documents for areas such as New Business and Claims.
• Configure solutions to meet client requirements and create or review test plans.
• Execute expert testing, manage defects, and support UAT and production environments.
• Deliver training sessions on configured systems and manage change requests.
• Perform gap analysis and provide ongoing production support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an insurance company.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst delivering high‑quality deliverables.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Fluent in French, good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
