Insulation Foreman – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insulation Foreman to lead insulation activities on an industrial project in Antwerp. The role involves supervising hot, cold and acoustic insulation works, ensuring compliance with CINI standards and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily insulation activities on site and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate insulation technicians, subcontractors and logistics to guarantee material availability.
• Monitor productivity, schedule targets and report progress, manpower and issues to Project Management.
• Conduct toolbox talks, enforce HSE regulations and proper PPE usage.
• Manage lifting operations, site access and support QA/QC inspections and punch‑listing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Insulation Foreman on industrial, petrochemical, refinery or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of hot, cold and acoustic insulation systems and the CINI insulation standard.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with permit‑to‑work systems and industrial safety requirements.
• Fluent English and valid EU work authorization.
