Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Barco is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within its MX Sales organisation in Kortrijk. You will act as a central point of contact for prospects, customers and partners, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate logging of contacts and activities.
• Validate, enrich and qualify inbound and outbound leads within agreed SLAs.
• Assign leads to appropriate sales managers, business development managers, partners or distributors.
• Communicate proactively with prospects and customers via phone and email.
• Respond to enquiries by leveraging internal knowledge and coordinating with product management, service, supply chain and finance teams.
• Facilitate virtual product demonstrations and coordinate sales appointments.
• Support handling of pre‑sales‑related NPS detractors.
• Contribute to projects aimed at identifying, nurturing and converting leads.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives to generate appointments, leads and subscriptions.
• Occasionally participate in customer meetings or regional events and share best practices with global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a commercial or customer‑service environment; inside‑sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language (Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Arabic) is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills combined with technical affinity.

• Commercial mindset with ownership and accountability.
